Having a place set up for when we arrived in Sydney meant we could really take it easy and enjoy our two months travelling in Vietnam and Thailand. We knew when we got to Oz all we had to do was pick up our keys and settle in

Moving into the shared accommodation was great fun. I went to Sydney by myself and I was worried I wouldn't be able to meet people, living in one of the shared houses I was able to meet other travellers from all parts of the world - even people from home!

It was so handy being able to dump my stuff in my own room after sharing in hostels for two months - I was happy I didn't have to worry about running around the city with a newspaper looking for a place to live - four months on and I know some people still living in a hostel and can't find a place to live!
